In raised floors, the main material is chipboard or calcium sulphate. Aluminum sheet, aluminum foil or galvanized steel produced in accordance with the standards are used as top and bottom coating material in these building materials. When necessary, linoleum, ceramic, natural stone, granite, carpet, vinyl PVC or laminate (HPL) can also be used in surface coating.

RAISED FLOORING SYSTEM COMPONENTS

Carrier System: In such systems, floor panels are applied on the carrier system. Carrier feet are adjustable; It consists of roof sheet, head sheet, stud, pipe, plastic gasket and nut. Metal components are electro-galvanized for protection against corrosion. If the height of the raised floor application is more than 20 cm, “U” shaped belts connecting the head plates of the carrier legs should be used.

Floor Panels: Floor panels are modular. It is manufactured with dimensions 600 x 600 x 30 mm, from compressed chipboard or calcium sulphate, with a working load of 2.81 kN and a maximum load of 8.45 kN.
